My guitar’s been in a half-down tune for like 4 weeks now. Im like petrified of tuning up to regular. I dont want to get smacked in the face with a guitar string again AND Im broke, so there’s no hope of new strings. Bumming.
proceed with caution. start tuning and stretch the string (kinda pulling it upward) to adjust the tension. all is well TS, all is well.
